ADRA Timor-Leste is seeking a qualified and motivated Value Chain Specialist to join the Agronegócio no Be'e ba Moris Diak (ABMD) Project.

This role will lead the implementation of a cocoa market access proof of concept, working closely with smallholder farmers, buyers, government stakeholders, and project partners to strengthen the cocoa value chain and improve farmer livelihoods.

📍 Location: Dili, with frequent travel to project locations
📅 Duration: 10 months
