📌 POSITION SUMMARY

• Position: SITE ENGINEER

• Location: Based Baucau

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience in building construction minimum 3 years.

• Experience in reinforced concrete structure.

• Able to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.

• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Timorense only.

📋 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and work program.

• Monitor subcontractors and workers performance.

• Conduct site inspection and quality control.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Coordinate inspection requests and material approvals.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

• Assist in preparing as-built documentation and project close-out.

• Report to Project Manager.
