Our school blends the Timorese curriculum with elements of the Australian curriculum, using Tetun, English and Portuguese. Each class has two teachers, small group learning, and built-in time for co-teaching, solo-teaching, lesson planning, and professional growth.

We’re Looking For a Teacher Who:
Loves working with young children and helping them learn through play and discovery
Are reliable, positive, and collaborative team members
Communicate confidently in Tetun, English and Portuguese
Are flexible, open to feedback, and eager to grow as educators
Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (or equivalent qualification)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to Bakhita’s values of respect, faith, empowerment and learning
